Almond JoyIngredients:

1/2 cup Quick Cook steel cut oatmeal

1 Cup Coconut Milk

1/2 banana

¼ tsp almond extract

1 tbs. Hershey’s 100% cacao unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tbs. silvered almonds

1 tbs. shredded coconut



Step 1 – Place coconut milk on stovetop and heat to a boil. Add oats, turn down to medium and cook for approximately 7 minutes.

Step 2 – Remove oats from stovetop and let sit for 2 minutes.

Step 3 – Mash banana in a separate bowl and mix into oatmeal.

Step 4 – Mix in almond extract and cocoa powder.

Step 5 – Top with silvered almonds and shredded coconut.
