• 1 scoop of whey chocolate protein powder (We recommend Isagenix available in our store)
• ½ cup frozen cherries
• ¼ cup frozen raspberries (optional)
• 1 tbs. chia seeds
• ¼ ripe avocado
• ½ cup water
• Ice cubes
• Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
• Serve immediately.
