Kalamata Olive HummusIngredients:

•2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas

•Juice of 2 lemons

•1/2 cup tahini sauce

•1/2 tspsalt

•1 Tbsp garlic powder

•1 cup diced fresh tomatoes

•1 cup chopped Kalamata olives

•Water – adjust according to desired consistency



Step 1 – Place all ingredients, except the olives and tomatoes, in your food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 2 – When your hummus reaches the desired consistency, transfer to a mixing bowl and fold in the olives and tomatoes.

Step 3 – Serve with veggies or whole wheat Pitas.
