Lean Legs Backpack Workout

Lean legs have a host of benefits and looking great is one at the top of the list.  Consider this, strong legs mean more muscle, and since muscle takes up less room that fat utilizing strength training exercises to increase muscle can make a huge difference. Consistency is the name of the game when it comes to building lean legs.  You can’t expect to go the gym for just a week and see noticeable difference. However, with each workout you will start to feel better, your metabolism will begin to increase as you build muscle and results will come.  Incorporate this workout into your routine on a regular basis.  Remember, you can also add bursts of cardio into a workout to help shed fat quickly.  Try adding things like jumping jacks, mountain climbers of sprints in between each exercise if desired.  Finally, never underestimate the importance of a healthy balanced diet in achieving your goals.  Check out our 10 Day Flat Belly Plan for great results.
