WHAT IS YOUR CLAIM TO FAME? Seventeen years of water aerobics experience. Within the last 5 years I have created my own water aerobics routines which include stretching, toning and cardio exercises. All while enjoying great music. Average class size 30 – but have had as many as 55 in a class!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL? HOW OFTEN DO YOU HAVE A CHEAT MEAL? Coney dog, 2 times a year. It’s delicious!

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CLEAN MEAL? Salad, loaded with tons of vegetables.
