- 4 ounces of extra firm tofu drained & pressed
- 2 tbsp. of peanut butter
- ¼ oats
- 2 tsp. of coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp. cacao nibs
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Optional – for a sweeter taste add additional coconut sugar
Step 1 – Combine all the ingredients except cacao nibs in a food processor and process until smooth.
Step 2 – Add cacao nibs to the mixture and process for an additional 10 seconds until incorporated.
Step 3 – Serve with sliced apples.
