Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • Optional 1/4 tsp. sugar free Jello powder, your choice of flavor

 

Instructions: 

  • If desired mix sugar free Jello (flavor of your choice) with Greek yogurt
  • In a small round cup or bowl layer fruit, nuts, yogurt and berries
  • Top with pomegranate seeds and chia seeds
