Spinach Ginger Smoothie Ingredients:
- 3/4 cups water
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 banana
- 1″ knob of fresh ginger peeled
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 peeled orange
- 1/2 cup cubed ice
- 1 teaspoon shredded coconut (optional)
Spinach Ginger Smoothie Directions:
Step 1- Rinse and prep veggies.
Step 2- Using a high-powered blender, place everything in blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3- Pour into a glass. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top if desired and serve.
